Eligibility & Age Criteria

Admission is open to all, depending on seat availability and fulfillment of the school’s minimum requirements.
To ensure age-appropriate learning, the school follows clear age guidelines:

Minimum age for Nursery: 3½ years
Admissions to KG and above are based on both age and academic readiness.

These criteria help ensure each child enters the class best suited to their developmental stage.

Admission Procedure

1. Application Form

Admission forms are issued during a specific period, generally from mid-December onwards.
Parents/guardians must:

Collect the form from the school office
Fill it accurately
Attach 3 stamp-size photographs
Submit it along with a copy of the Birth Certificate
(Original must be shown for verification)

2. Admission Test & Interview (KG Upwards)

Students applying for KG and higher classes will be required to:

Sit for a written admission test based on the level they are seeking
Attend a personal interview, accompanied by their parent/guardian

This process helps the school understand the student’s academic level and readiness.

3. Required Documents

Once selected, the following must be submitted:

Three recent stamp-size photographs (plus two extra for bus users)
Transfer Certificate (original)
Character Certificate for students seeking admission to Class V and above
Payment of admission and miscellaneous fees

Only upon submission of all documents and fees will the admission be confirmed.

Important Notes

All new admissions must be completed personally by parents/guardians, who will be responsible for fees and related matters.
The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reason.
Students transferring from other schools must present original documents for verification.
Admission results will be displayed on the school’s Notice Board after evaluation.

AGE CRIERION

Age of the candidate on 31st March, as recorded in the birth certificate issued by the Civil Authority will determined the eligibility for admission to a particular Class i.e. NUR, UKG/LKG & CLASS-I.
